I grew up in the mountains of West Virginia with my grandmother filling my head with her stories. Stories of fairies, talking foxes, and the mountains she loved so dearly. Those trees, creeks, and mountain paths became my very own fairyland. After moving away and growing the rest of the way up falling in love with Carolina Renassiance Festival, I was inspired to bring the magic from my fairyland to life. All I want to do is create a little bit if magic and a whole lot of smiles.
My wings and flower crowns are designed to look like they fell out of a fairytale, but are sturdy enough for wearing in our world. My husband and I team up to make sure that they can stand up to the abuse of crowded/small places, curious hands, and clumsy fairies like myself. I love collaborating with people to bring their dream wings into reality. Hopefully our creations bring a smile to people's faces and a flutter of whimsy to their hearts.
